Not only was he on time for the estimate, he came the same day we called. He had a good understanding of what we needed, the estimate was fair, and even better than what we had anticipated. He took the time to talk to us about the trees and had good suggestions on what sick trees needed to be removed. He also knew what kind of shrubbery or trees would replace the dead ones. I felt he wasn't trying to make us spend more than necessary.
